National Growth Director

Saga is redefining the community association management industry and is seeking a National Growth Director to lead expansion across key U.S. markets. This senior leadership role is responsible for market entry, revenue growth, partner acquisition, and brand penetration at a national scale.

Non-profit Organization Management

Responsibilities

Lead Saga’s expansion into new metropolitan and regional markets nationwide
Identify priority markets based on HOA density, regulatory environment, and partner readiness
Build and execute go-to-market strategies for each region
Own national growth targets, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting
Develop scalable acquisition strategies for HOA Boards, independent community managers, accounting partners, and service providers
Drive partnerships that accelerate adoption and market credibility
Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with HOA Boards, industry leaders, attorneys, CPAs, and technology partners
Represent Saga at conferences, board meetings, and industry events
Act as a trusted advisor to Boards evaluating alternatives to traditional management models
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align growth initiatives
Provide market feedback to influence platform development and service offerings
Mentor regional growth leaders as Saga scales
Help position Saga as a national authority on the future of HOA governance and management
Contribute to strategic content, presentations, and public-facing initiatives

Required

Proven experience scaling a multi-market or national business
Strong understanding of real estate, HOA management, prop-tech, or professional services (direct HOA experience strongly preferred)
Executive presence with the ability to engage Boards, investors, and senior stakeholders
High autonomy, strategic thinking, and operational discipline

Preferred

Experience in marketplace, platform, or fractionalized service models
Background in disrupting or modernizing legacy industries
Existing national network within HOA, real estate, or adjacent sectors
