Telecom Implementation Engineer

Required

3 years of telecom or networking experience
Strong hands-on experience with Nokia equipment (e.g., 7750 SR series, 7250 IXR, 7705 SAR series)
Working knowledge of Nokia/ALU CSR Routing Protocols
Strong grasp of IPv4 and IPv6 address/subnet allocations
Ability to use CLI tools (e.g., Putty, SecureCRT) and GUI tools (e.g., Nokia Service Portal)
Deep understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS)
Ability to configure/troubleshoot point-to-point and OA&M interfaces
Familiarity with network monitoring tools
Ability to isolate issues up to Layer 3 of the OSI model
Comfortable interpreting log files/status messages
Willingness to work rotating (day/night) shifts
Strong written documentation and communication skills
Valid driver's license

Preferred

Experience with Fuze SPM, ConQuest, IOP, INAM, and Canvas/CND tools
Vendor management experience
Knowledge of telecom technologies like Telephony Switching, SIP, TCP/IP, MPLS, BFD, LAN/WAN protocols
Experience supporting hardware (PCs, configurations)
Skills in critical thinking, change management, and teamwork
