Identify and resolve data inconsistencies/discrepancies

Facilitates advisory/steering committee of data users to identify modifications needed to improve functionality of data systems

Required

Knowledge of principles, practices, methods, and techniques related to program planning, developing, monitoring, and evaluating

Knowledge of use of relational databases for program implementation, monitoring, and evaluating

Knowledge of procedures used for maintaining confidentiality

Knowledge of procedures used for ensuring security and confidentiality of electronic data

Proficiency with large, complex relational databases

Ability to develop, design, and manage multiple databases

Ability to understand and complete complex oral and written instructions

Ability to write in a clear and organized manner

Ability to think critically

Ability to problem solve

Ability to plan, coordinate, and work on projects with others

Ability to implement quality control and assurance procedures for data management

Ability to interact with others in a professional manner

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree

Two- and one-half years progressively responsible professional work experience which required a high degree of analytical skill

Experience must have involved the use of large, complex relational databases for the gathering, evaluating, and analyzing facts and other pertinent information required to resolve problems and/or to determine and recommend appropriate courses of action

Experience must have also provided knowledge of security and confidentiality policies and procedures
