Responsibilities

Manage existing client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for all staffing and talent acquisition needs
Leverage your existing book of business to generate new business opportunities and grow revenue
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful delivery of qualified candidates for open roles
Understand IT roles and technologies to effectively communicate with hiring managers and stakeholders
Develop and execute account strategies to expand presence in existing accounts and break into new lines of business
Negotiate contract terms, rates, and ensure compliance with client agreements
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, job orders, and pipeline activity in the CRM
Participate in occasional in-person team meetups in Broward for strategy sessions, team building, and performance reviews

Required

5+ years of experience in IT roles, with at least 3 years in staffing, account management, or recruiting within a staffing agency or consulting firm
Proven track record of managing key accounts and growing client relationships in the technology sector
Existing book of business or strong client network in IT consulting/staffing
Solid understanding of IT roles, technical terminology, and project lifecycles
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working remotely, with the flexibility to attend periodic team meetings in Broward

Preferred

Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
Knowledge of hiring processes for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles
Experience with MSP/VMS environments
