Responsibilities
Lead a team of professionals in providing fund administration services, including processing investor subscriptions and redemptions, and performing anti-money laundering and due diligence checks
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project schedules, develop solutions to issues, and drive business growth
Establish procedures, recommend changes to policies, and exercise wide latitude to make decisions within established company policies to meet business objectives
Advise staff, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure department results meet expectations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of related experience and a Master's degree, or 6 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years of experience and a high school degree
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results
Deep understanding of anti-money laundering and due diligence regulations
Experience with investor reporting and communications
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
