Responsibilities
Lead and execute enterprise-level strategy across crypto, digital assets, and financial products
Oversee multiple business functions, which may include operations, finance, product, compliance, risk, or institutional partnerships
Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and operational scalability
Partner with executive leadership to translate corporate vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
Ensure strong governance, risk management, and regulatory alignment across all business activities
Build, mentor, and lead senior management teams, fostering a high-performance and execution-driven culture
Represent the company with institutional investors, regulators, strategic partners, and key stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies within crypto and financial services
Qualification
Required
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services, crypto, digital assets, fintech, investment management, or capital markets
Proven experience at the Vice President / Senior Vice President / Executive Director level or above
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain-based financial products, and regulatory considerations
Demonstrated success in scaling organizations, leading cross-functional teams, and executing complex strategies
Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Experience working with boards, institutional investors, or regulators is highly preferred
MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
