Responsibilities
Own and optimize end-to-end order lifecycle across eCommerce, OMS, ERP, and fulfilment systems
Configure, implement, and support OMS platforms (Manhattan, IBM Sterling, Salesforce OMS, etc.)
Integrate OMS with eCommerce platforms (SAP Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify, SFCC)
Manage order capture, inventory allocation, payments, shipping, returns, and real-time inventory visibility
Drive omnichannel fulfillment strategies (BOPIS, ship-from-store, drop-ship)
Analyze order flows; implement automation and process improvements
Work with APIs, middleware, and integration tools for data synchronization
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders; translate requirements into solutions
Ensure PCI, data privacy, and security compliance
Provide training and ongoing support for OMS/eCommerce capabilities
Qualification
Required
10+ years experience in eCommerce & OMS implementation/support
Hands-on OMS experience (Manhattan / Sterling / Salesforce OMS)
Strong knowledge of order management, inventory, and fulfillment processes
Experience with APIs, web services, middleware integrations
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
SAP Commerce Cloud experience
SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Commerce Cloud
ERP integration exposure
Omnichannel retail experience
