Legal Assistant Paralegal

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries and assist with general administrative tasks
Maintain strong client relationships through clear, professional communication
Support case management, organize files, and assist with litigation logistics
Prepare and file court documents, manage service of process, and coordinate hearing/trial materials
Collect, review, and organize documents for discovery and production
Assist attorneys with deposition prep and trial readiness
Manage pleadings, e-filings, calendars, hearing folders, and court reporter coordination
Handle document workflows including file sharing, zip file creation, and e-discovery processes

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and e-Discovery tools —plus a willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-driven setting
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
Exceptional time management and task prioritization skills
