Responsibilities

Support semiconductor equipment operations. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, repairs, modifications, and improvements on cleanroom equipment, including but not limited to wet etch, dry etch, thin film, lithography, metrology, and support equipment

Maintain, repair, and install wet etch equipment, automated wet benches, SRDs, spray tools, bulk chemical distribution and collection systems, AWN, and lift stations

Become the main point of contact (POC) between process and equipment engineering for the wet etch department

Create maintenance documentation and provide repair and maintenance training

Support the equipment engineering department as needed

Required

Bachelor degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, related technical field or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment (e.g., wet etch equipment, wafer handling, SRDs, wet benches, metering pumps, etc.)

Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues

Experience with semiconductor equipment processes and automation systems (e.g., PLCs, robotics, etc.)

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field

1 year of experience in technical leadership

Advanced aptitude in equipment engineering directly related to wet etch equipment and process
