Responsibilities

Serve as the senior-most HR consultant supporting the HRBP, acting as their delegate and advisor within assigned business units
Partner closely with business units and the HRBP to design and deliver HR strategies that support business objectives and associate engagement
Lead and execute strategic HR projects from scoping through implementation. Projects may be complex, cross-functional, and require coordination of multiple stakeholders and Centers of Expertise (COEs)
Act as an expert consultant on key HR functional areas, including:
Organizational development and change management
Performance management and career development
Compensation strategy and total rewards alignment
Talent management and succession planning
Diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives
Provide senior-level counsel to business leaders and people managers on HR policies, best practices, and sensitive people decisions; translate enterprise policy into pragmatic, business-aligned solutions, representing the HRBP when appropriate
Maintain an enterprise-wide mindset while prioritizing business-unit needs; ensure consistent, compliant application of HR programs across the firm, in partnership with the HRBP
Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (COEs) to co-create firm-wide tools, processes, and frameworks and to operationalize COE strategies at the business-unit level
Use HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting to identify trends, influence decisions, measure impact, and recommend data-driven interventions

Required

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
8+ years of total relevant work experience in an HR generalist or HR consulting role supporting senior leaders and business partners
Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the core HR areas noted above (org design, performance, compensation, talent, D&I, complex employee relations)
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives

Preferred

Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to present recommendations to senior leaders and gain buy-in
Comfortable working with HR systems and analytics tools; ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable recommendations
Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential matters professionally
