Responsibilities
Lead projects through all phases, from initial client meetings through construction
Develop and coordinate design concepts, technical solutions, and construction documents
Manage schedules, budgets, and internal staffing
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
Coordinate zoning, planning, and building department submissions
Participate in construction administration, including site visits, submittals, RFIs, and OAC meetings
Mentor junior staff and guide production workflows
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
5–10+ years of experience in a U.S.-based architecture firm
Strong experience with construction documents and project management
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (required)
Must be local to the Hudson Valley for in-person collaboration and site visits
Preferred
Licensed or licensure in progress preferred
Knowledge of NYS building codes and zoning a plus
