Territory Sales Representative
LMK Recruiting Solutions is seeking a driven and autonomous Part-Time Territory Sales Contractor to manage and grow the established customer base across East Central Florida. This strategic role focuses on upselling the Filta Clean commercial service to existing accounts and offers the potential for growth into a full-time position based on performance.
Responsibilities
Proactively manage relationships and drive new revenue by presenting the Filta Clean solution to current customers (warm calls/visits)
Operate efficiently within a 40-minute radius of the territory, serving as the trusted, local face of the brand
Own the full upsell cycle, from initial presentation to securing signed contracts
Qualification
Required
Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or consultative upselling
Must be a self-driven, highly autonomous professional comfortable working 15–20 hours per week
Excellent relationship-building skills are mandatory
Familiarity with CRM/sales technology for activity tracking
Benefits
High Commission: 10% – 12% commission on new revenue generated (Filta Clean upsell contracts).
Travel: Mileage reimbursement provided at the current IRS standard rate.
