Responsibilities
Provide executive oversight for multiple data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Partner closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance
Lead project strategy, staffing plans, and execution approaches across assigned programs
Oversee estimating, budgeting, cost controls, forecasting, procurement, and risk management
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business
Mentor and develop Project Managers and senior staff, building long-term leadership capability
Support business development efforts, pursuits, and strategic growth within the mission-critical market
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically 12+ years of relevant construction experience
5+ years in a senior leadership role (Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent)
Experience overseeing teams, client relationships, and complex mission-critical projects
Extensive experience delivering electrical, large commercial, data center, alternative energy, or other mission-critical construction projects
Proven track record leading large teams, complex programs, and multiple concurrent projects
Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and project portfolios
A collaborative, decisive leader with a solutions-oriented mindset
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Must be open to extensive travel or relocation
