Start in 2026 SpringFeline Apparel is a women’s luxury athleisure wear brand dedicated to providing stylish and comfortable athletic wear. The Brand Operations Intern will gain hands-on exposure to various aspects of the brand, including marketing, content, and day-to-day operations, while working closely with the Founder & CEO.
Responsibilities
Gain hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a growing fashion brand, including marketing, content, retail activations, partnerships, and day-to-day operations
Support various business, creative, and operational initiatives as the brand continues to scale
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Design, Business, or a related field
Live within 50 miles of Nashville, TN (in-person twice a week)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
Confident in customer-facing roles and representing a luxury brand image
Strong sense of style, presentation, and visual aesthetics
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail setting
Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a positive attitude
Comfortable using basic technology and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to support in-store promotions and digital engagement
Interest in brand storytelling and creative marketing strategies
Strict and accurate adherence to company's policies and systems
Time management and prioritization skills
Team player, able to take direction and run with it
Able to demonstrate initiative and ownership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines
Strong adaptability to situations and ever-changing demands
A calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and stress
Build excellent relationships with teams through positive communications
Comfortable interacting with individuals of all levels and providing input and guidance as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise up to 25 pounds
Ability to travel domestically: If travel is required, interns will be responsible for arranging and covering their own travel arrangements
Preferred
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required
Familiarity with inventory management systems or POS software
