Caulking
Drywall repair
Touch up painting
Test all locks and key sets
Assist in inspection of property
Maintaining exterior lighting
Ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance
Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal etc
Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary
Pool maintenance
Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies
Qualification
Required
Active and valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties
High school diploma or GED, one-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Preferred
HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred
