Vice President Operations

Confidencial is seeking a Vice President of Operations who will drive the company’s operational strategy and execution. The role involves overseeing end-to-end operations, driving operational excellence, and partnering with executive leaders to support business growth and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior leader responsible for driving the company’s operational strategy and execution
Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple functions, business units, or regions
Translate corporate and executive strategy into scalable operational plans, systems, and processes
Drive operational excellence through efficiency improvement, cost optimization, and performance management
Partner closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, and other executive leaders to support business growth and strategic initiatives
Establish operational governance frameworks, KPIs, and executive reporting mechanisms
Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational budgeting
Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and scalability challenges; implement effective mitigation strategies
Lead, mentor, and develop senior operations leaders and management teams
Support major initiatives such as business expansion, transformation programs, and mergers and acquisitions

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
5–8+ years of progressive experience in operations or business leadership roles
Proven track record of leading large, complex, or multi-functional operations
Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen
Excellent executive communication, leadership influence, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated experience in process optimization, organizational scaling, and change management
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, growth-oriented, or regulated environments

Preferred

MBA preferred
Industry experience relevant to the company's business is a strong advantage
