HRIS Project Manager
DynPro Inc. is seeking an HRIS Project Manager to lead and deliver HR technology initiatives across their HRIS landscape. The role involves managing end-to-end HRIS projects and collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead HRIS projects from planning through execution and go-live
Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success metrics
Manage vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams
Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, and cutover activities
Track project risks, dependencies, and budgets; provide regular status updates
Ensure change management, documentation, and user readiness
Support post-implementation stabilization and optimization
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in HRIS projects
Hands-on experience delivering HRIS implementations or major enhancements
Strong understanding of HR processes (Core HR, HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with vendors and system integrators
Preferred
Workday implementation or support experience
PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
Experience with data migration, integrations, or multi-country rollouts
