Run virtual appointments via Zoom or phone to recommend proper coverage
Follow a proven mentorship-supported sales system built for consistency
Maintain strong relationships through ongoing service and communication
Join weekly team training to sharpen your skills and grow your business
Qualification
Required
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
Strong communication and people skills
A desire to help families plan for their future
Willingness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (we'll guide you)
Preferred
Sales, customer service, or business experience is helpful but not required
