Project Architect
Parkhill is a prominent architectural and engineering firm in the Southwest, seeking a licensed Project Architect to join their Healthcare Team. The role involves leading the design and technical development of healthcare projects, ensuring quality and compliance while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead design and documentation from concept through construction
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design intent and technical accuracy
Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and detailing
Ensure projects meet code requirements, quality standards, and deadlines
Conduct site visits and construction administration duties
Support project budgeting, scheduling, and consultant coordination
Mentor junior staff and support team collaboration
Present designs and technical solutions to clients and stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Licensed Architect or on track for licensure
7+ years of architectural experience, with healthcare project experience preferred
Proficient in Revit Architecture, with working knowledge of Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and healthcare design standards
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
