Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines across Smartsheet, API interfaces, and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
Ensure data integrity, validation, and quality control across systems and client deliverables
Lead data reporting automation to streamline recurring client and operational reporting
Develop and deploy dashboards and portfolio insights that help clients visualize and leverage their real estate and project data effectively
Serve as a liaison between clients and project teams, translating business objectives into actionable analytics and reporting solutions
Manage client-specific data projects related to capital project performance, including the implementation, integration, and maintenance of systems that support cost control, schedule management, and issue and risk tracking. Oversee the analysis and visualization of this data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across platforms, enabling actionable insights for portfolio and decision-making needs
Provide training, best practices, and documentation to support client and internal teams in effective platform use
Coordinate across client, project, and internal teams to ensure seamless data flow and alignment of reporting tools
Manage programs and project portfolios related to data deployment, reporting automation, and analytics-driven initiatives
Support internal platform development by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and contributing to innovation and process improvement efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data architecture and visualization frameworks
Drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy, automation, and data accessibility
Identify opportunities for new insights and analytics-driven enhancements that elevate client experience and operational efficiency

Required

Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
Strong foundation in ETL, data warehousing, and data modeling principles
Experience in data integration, quality control, and reporting automation
Familiarity with APIs, data synchronization, and cross-platform workflows
Understanding of commercial real estate, workplace analytics, or financial data sets
5–8 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or project/program management
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across geographically dispersed teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Real Estate, or a related field

Preferred

Experience working in real estate, property management, project management or financial services preferred
Familiarity with tenant representation and portfolio transaction management is advantageous
