Responsibilities

Developing agents through strong and thoughtful coaching, training and accountability
Recruiting new experienced agents to grow the company’s market share and revenues
Managing transaction compliance and legal changes with DORA
Leading and growing the organization in collaboration with leadership/ownership team
Creating relationships and building trust with the core group of agents
Leading the recruiting and growth activities by influencing and helping others achieve their goals
Helping agents achieve higher levels of performance
Growing the organization through enhancing performance, increasing agent count and creating operational efficiencies that scale
Training, coaching and holding agents accountable
Improving consistently in leadership skills and organizational skills including goal setting and planning ability at a leadership level
