Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Azure DevOps engineers
Define and execute DevOps and platform strategy aligned with business goals
Oversee CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and modern Git workflows
Establish Infrastructure as Code standards (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
Drive best practices across automation, security, reliability, and scalability
Partner with software engineering, architecture, and security stakeholders
Own platform stability, monitoring, and incident management processes
Support cloud cost optimisation and operational excellence initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong experience managing DevOps or platform engineering teams
Hands-on background with Microsoft Azure in enterprise environments
Proven expertise with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience leading DevOps transformations or scaling teams
Platform Engineering or SRE exposure
FinOps or cloud cost management experience
Experience in regulated or large-scale environments
