Responsibilities
Partner with Account Managers to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and digital projects
Provide out-of-office coverage for AMs, and run client meetings if needed
Own project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with client goals
Work alongside Account Managers to turn client objectives into actionable plans and timelines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams—designers, developers, copywriters, and strategists—to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery
Identify risks early, remove roadblocks, and problem-solve proactively
Facilitate team communication by leading internal kickoffs, reviews, and wrap-ups
Collaborate with the PM Team Lead to mentor Junior Project Managers and Project Coordinators
Contribute to improving internal project management processes, tools, and templates
Help forecast resourcing needs and improve team efficiency and throughput
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in project management in a marketing agency, digital studio, or fast-paced client-facing environment
Demonstrated success leading integrated campaigns, website projects, or cross-functional initiatives
Well-versed in Asana, Wrike, Notion, Monday.com, Toggl or other time/project management tools
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Deep understanding of creative and development workflows, from ideation through execution
Collaborative spirit and positive attitude
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Strong written and verbal communication skills—both internal and external
Experience mentoring other project managers or coordinators
A strategic mindset—you can see how today's decisions impact tomorrow's outcomes
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
