Talent Acquisition Manager
LHH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to lead and optimize recruiting functions for mission-critical roles. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving structure, efficiency, and performance across a growing team of recruiters and sourcers.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers focused on:
High-volume and specialized recruiting
Own recruiting operations metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline health, and KPI reporting
Partner with senior business leaders to align hiring strategies with critical project timelines
Recruit for senior-level roles (Director/VP) with a manageable requisition load
Drive process improvements and implement best practices for scalability and efficiency
Ensure ATS and CRM optimization
Foster a culture of accountability, resilience, and collaboration within the team
Qualification
Required
8+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing recruiting teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong operational mindset with expertise in data-driven recruiting metrics
Industry exposure to technology, construction, data centers, or engineering
Systems savvy: experience with Workday; familiarity with Phenom and CRM tools preferred
Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver against mission-critical timelines
Strategic leadership and team development
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure environments
