TalentBridge is seeking a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist to support day-to-day operations within Commercial Lending during a system conversion from AFS to LoanIQ. The role involves booking and funding commercial loans, assisting with internal money movement requests, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Participate in low to moderately complex Commercial Loan Closing initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement

Review, analyze, and resolve Commercial Loan Closing assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of appropriate solutions

Book and fund commercial loans accurately using LoanIQ

Respond to requests from internal lines of business to post funds and support money movement activities across internal systems

Research and resolve booking, funding, and transaction discrepancies, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Support system conversion efforts from AFS to LoanIQ, helping reduce the learning curve for staff during production

Provide guidance and information to client personnel regarding Commercial Loan Closing processes

Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards

Required

2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work, consulting, training, military experience, or education

Hands-on experience booking and funding commercial loans

Strong understanding of commercial loan credit agreements and documentation

Experience supporting loan operations in a fast-paced production environment

Proficiency with LoanIQ

Commercial loan operations, booking, and funding experience

Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
