Responsibilities
Provide direct oversight of an A+GRP Residential Group Home
Supervise staff and manage scheduling
Ensure that all documentation is completed in accordance with DMHAS regulations
Collect and analyze data for the program's Quality Improvement Plan, focusing on outcome measures, resource utilization, engagement, and client satisfaction
Develop and implement treatment plans and clinical documentation
Provide direct services to residents and support their integration into the community
Advocate for residents by collaborating with treatment providers to develop recovery-focused interventions
Facilitate House Council meetings and coordinate programming to promote a supportive environment
Be available for emergency situations and provide coverage at residences as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field
One year of experience in a residential mental health setting
Supervisory skills
Knowledge of community resources and agencies
Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean five-year driving record that meets organizational standards and qualifies for insurance coverage
A Background Check is required
Clear Five year driving record/abstract with ability to be insured by organizations carrier
