Responsibilities
General Maintenance Projects as assigned i.e. appliance repair, light plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpet cleaning, power washing, fire safety inspections, snow removal
Evening meal delivery
On occasion making time sensitive runs for the Health Center as needed
Rounding to ensure the community is secured
IT support as needed
Qualification
Required
Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks with an attitude of excellent customer service skills
Self-motivated
Ability to climb stairs and ladders and walk long distances
Valid Ohio Driver's License in good standing
Desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults
