Managing schedules, budgets, safety protocols, and quality standards to achieve successful project outcomes
Qualification
Required
Proven project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and tracking progress
Strong organizational and leadership abilities with effective time management
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in a project-based environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
Knowledge of paving, construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance is highly desirable
Ability to work on-site in Arcanum, OH, and effectively manage multiple projects
Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
