Field Services Technician II
Navitas Credit Corp. is seeking a Field Services Technician II to deliver exceptional remote and on-site hardware and software support for their banking branches and operations facilities. This highly mobile role requires up to 80% travel to various locations, focusing on providing hands-on technical assistance to enable employees to serve customers effectively.

Responsibilities
Respond to technical support calls from branches and departments
Manage incident and request tickets via ServiceNow
Diagnose and resolve issues related to Network and PC operating systems, LAN cabling and network hardware, Application systems, Printers and peripheral devices
Install new applications and systems
Image laptops/desktops using PXE & SCCM
Maintain inventory records, logs, and audit trails
Adhere to corporate IT policies and procedures
Create and update knowledge base articles for self-service support
Travel to company sites for hands-on technical assistance
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of IT experience supporting PCs, LANs, Microsoft Server, Directory Services, and Virtual Desktops
Working knowledge of PCs, networking hardware, printers, and peripherals
Experience with remote and on-site technical support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to create clear documentation for knowledge bases
Must be able to pass a background & credit check
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 25% of the day
Preferred
Microsoft Certified Windows Client
CompTIA A+ / Network+
