Responsibilities
Work closely with trucking companies to schedule loads to be received and/or picked up at both warehouse locations
Reconciles weekly drive inventory
Process daily MolsonCoors shipment changes
Process inventory adjustments
Provide warehouse personnel with load information
Compare information from bill of lading (BOL), invoices and orders against actual shipment to verify completeness
Work closely with accounting to correct any discrepancies on invoices
Notify Sales Department of new arrivals
Maintain freight costs
Invoice other distributor purchases
Reconcile delivery invoices against monies received, and reconcile route tie-outs, following-up on and resolving any discrepancies
Other functions and responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma and at least three years related experience in office administration and/or accounting assistance
Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as Microsoft Office and file management
Knowledge of principals and processes for providing superior customer service
Effective communication to convey complex information to other parties
The ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly
