Preparing and filing U.S. and international trademark applications with the USPTO, conducting trademark searches, preparing and responding to office actions, managing global trademark portfolios
Enforcement strategies, which includes developing strategies, cease and desist letters, negotiating settlements, reviewing international trademark watch notices, managing int'l. trademark opposition and cancellations
Litigation/opposition support involving legal research, preparing pleadings, and discovery efforts
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in trademark registration, prosecution, branding, enforcement and litigation support
Preparing and filing U.S. and international trademark applications with the USPTO
Conducting trademark searches
Preparing and responding to office actions
Managing global trademark portfolios
Enforcement strategies, which includes developing strategies, cease and desist letters, negotiating settlements, reviewing international trademark watch notices, managing int'l. trademark opposition and cancellations
