Represent plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts across the country in a variety of areas, including contract disputes, products liability, cybersecurity, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and other complex commercial disputes

Conduct and supervise electronic discovery and depositions

Draft and argue substantial dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions
