Responsibilities

Handle managing multiple crews and sites throughout the DC Metro (DC/VA/MD)

Able to read civil plans, proposals, change orders and scope related documents

Excellent communication skills including communicating with clients

An individual who demonstrates the willingness to seek assistance when necessary, refraining from attempting tasks beyond their expertise

Ability to interpret cut sheets and proficiently operate a transit for grade shooting

Required

Operating skills (excavator, skid steer and bulldozer)

Valid Driver's License

Ability to access secured sites
