This role involves hands-on work with SharePoint Online, focusing on site consolidation, migration, and governance while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Own hands-on SharePoint Online site consolidation and data migration
Clean up and reduce site sprawl, including Teams-created SharePoint sites
Design and manage site structures, libraries, metadata, and permissions
Support and enforce document and data governance standards
Work directly with business users and site owners to coordinate migrations and cleanup
Rebuild legacy workflows/forms (InfoPath, Nintex) using Power Automate and Power Apps as needed
Provide SharePoint administration and user guidance in a Microsoft 365 environment
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365
Hands-on experience with SharePoint migrations and site consolidation
Familiarity with migration tools such as ShareGate or similar
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and site owners
Solid understanding of SharePoint governance, permissions, and structure
