Lead, mentor, and manage the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely, accurate invoice processing and vendor payments
Optimize and document AP workflows to enhance productivity and financial controls
Oversee AP automation and system integrations, working closely with Finance and Technology teams
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal partners to resolve issues and improve service levels
Monitor aging reports, accruals, and month-end close activities to ensure financial accuracy
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards
Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in a high-growth environment
Qualification
Required
Highly skilled and experienced in Accounts Payable
Ability to lead and manage the Accounts Payable function
Experience in timely and accurate invoice processing and vendor payments
Proficient in optimizing and documenting AP workflows
Experience with AP automation and system integrations
Strong relationship management skills with vendors and internal partners
