They are seeking an NC Programmer to handle programming of lasers and punch press machines, coordinate with the fabrication team, and manage engineering documentation for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Programming lasers, punch press and additional machines using appropriate software for sheet metal parts
Cordinate with Fabrication team to determine which machines will be used
Develop, maintain, and manage engineering documentation to manufacturing, utilizing the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process
Add shear size to Solidworks prints
Review prints for drafting errors and report any issues to drafting
Review prints for drafting errors.Update ERP software with job order sheet metal raw material requirements

Machine programmingSheet metal fabricationBlueprint readingIndustrial machinery programmingManufacturing experience

Required

High school graduate or equivalent
Machine programming training
Sheet metal fabrication experience and training
Experience using and programming industrial machinery for sheet metal fabrication
Experience in manufacturing
Ability to read blueprints
