Responsibilities

Research topics and issues across earned and social media and analyze findings
Monitor issues, news events and competitor happenings
Support and conduct basic quantitative and qualitative primary opinion research data analysis
Participate in qualitative and quantitative research projects, including in-depth interviews, focus groups and online surveys
Support the development and fine-tuning of AI agents for tasks such as content generation, sentiment analysis, and predictive analytics
Conduct research on emerging AI tools, techniques, and ethical considerations
Identify and compile lists of media contacts
Draft briefing documents on reporters
Create social media content
Assist with drafting and editing client deliverables
Contribute to brainstorms and communications plans
Collaborate with team members on integrated campaigns, programs and strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader campaign strategies
Edit and proofread client deliverables
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Recent college graduate or senior in class standing
A demonstrated interest in communications, research, artificial intelligence, data science, campaigns or journalism
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment collaborating with a distributed team
Excellent written and oral communication and research skills
Entrepreneurial with strong critical thinking abilities
Organized and attentive to detail
Able to multi-task and approach assignments independently
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Excel
Available to work 40 hours per week
Requires US Work Authorization, unable to consider candidates with OPT/Post-OPT status

Preferred

Some proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks are a plus
