Sales & Recruiting Manager
PrincePerelson and Associates is seeking a Sales and Recruiting Manager to lead and develop a high-performing Recruiting team. The role involves driving results through effective problem-solving and managing key business operations while fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Responsibilities
Lead from the front. Work closely with the Sales and Recruiting Teams on a daily basis, modeling people-centered leadership and a coaching mindset to support individual and team success
Drive performance. Execute the strategic plan, oversee divisional metrics, and partner with team members to consistently deliver best-in-class customer service
Learn the business. Develop a strong understanding of operations by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and learning directly from your Sales and Recruiting Teams
Develop others. Bring an owner’s mindset and natural leadership ability, contributing value immediately while mentoring and developing Sales and Recruiting Team members
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of staffing experience (blue-collar preferred)
At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 10+ Recruiters and/or Inside Sales professionals
