Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calls, email outreach, networking)

Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings with decision-makers

Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads

Track activity and performance metrics to meet or exceed targets

Maintain a strong understanding of our services and industry trends

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation

Industry-specific experience not required, but a willingness to learn quickly is essential

Preferred

Experience selling in the facilities services industry is preferred---this includes janitorial services, one-time jobs or projects, maintenance, and engineering services

Marketing knowledge or experience is a plus
