Support project management and field teams in day-to-day operations
Review and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with specifications
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Assist in monitoring schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry
Proven background in multifamily residential projects
Familiarity with construction documents, drawings, and specifications
Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore or Bluebeam
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
