Responsibilities
Execute M&A transactions across the Technology sector, including software, fintech, digital infrastructure, IT services, and internet
Support deal execution end to end, from origination through close
Prepare pitch materials, teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations
Build and review financial models and valuation analyses, including DCF, comps, and precedents
Coordinate due diligence and manage internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with senior bankers on client coverage and transaction execution
Qualification
Required
2 to 6 years of investment banking experience
Strong M&A execution experience across buy-side and sell-side mandates
Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Prior Technology exposure preferred, but not essential
