Recruiting and training new sales representatives

Coaching on prospecting and presentations

Qualification
Required
B2B sales experience
Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead sales teams
Background in insurance sales with a Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
