Craft high-quality beverages and prepare food to Starbucks standards
Deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
Contribute to creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere for customers and colleagues
Assist in restocking inventory
Adhere to operational policies to ensure an efficient and seamless customer experience
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service and build connections with customers and teammates
Ability to follow recipes and preparation standards to craft high-quality beverages and food items
Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company guidelines and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and maintain composure during busy periods
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
A passion for coffee and a dedication to learning about Starbucks products and values
Preferred
Previous customer service or food and beverage experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
