Qualification
Required
5–7 years of private equity or investment banking experience, preferably within FIG or related financial services sectors
Strong track record of executing deals and managing investments
Deep understanding of financial services business models, market dynamics, and regulatory environment
Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
