This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations across the vendor ecosystem and national accounts, focusing on equipment pre-order processes and vendor management.

Responsibilities
Manage and execute the end-to-end equipment pre-order process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business needs
Host weekly calls with pre-order suppliers to discuss status of the overall program as well as critical project needs
Create bulk invoice forms for Villa’s monthly switchgear inventory program
Assist with supplier onboarding and transition activities, ensuring compliance and seamless integration into project work
Coordinate pricing exercises and maintain accurate pricing data across systems
Support Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including documentation, analysis, and vendor communication
Participate in vendor performance reviews and provide insights for continuous improvement
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize processes
Contribute to strategic initiatives such as cost optimization, process improvement, and technology enhancements
Collaborate cross-functionally on projects that impact national accounts and vendor management
Qualification
Required
2+ years in vendor management, procurement, or account support roles
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, and SharePoint
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Design, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
Experience with RFPs, pricing analysis, and supplier onboarding is a plus
