Responsibilities
Design and development of analog and mixed-signal circuits for 3D NAND Flash memory
Ownership of core building blocks such as bias generators, voltage regulators, charge pumps, reference circuits, and temperature sensor
Contribute to top-level integration and verification for analog IP blocks
Collaborate closely with layout engineers to ensure physical design meets performance, power, and area goals
Perform circuit simulations, silicon debug, and post-silicon characterization
Conduct power integrity analysis, including IR drop and electromigration checks, for robust analog block design
Interface with cross-functional teams including process, test, reliability, and product engineering for successful tapeout and ramp to production
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus
Strong understanding of analog circuit design fundamentals (matching, noise, stability, etc.)
Proficiency with industry-standard tools for circuit design and simulation (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, Primesim)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working in a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Hands-on experience in 3D NAND Flash memory or other non-volatile memory design
Experience with power analysis, IR drop analysis, and power integrity tools
