Customer Success Specialist

Punch Rescue is a mission-driven company focused on making communities safer through innovative technology. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, managing ongoing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the Rescue systems.

Responsibilities

Lead remote onboarding for new customers — from kickoff to full activation
Manage ongoing relationships with existing accounts, ensuring engagement and satisfaction
Track and manage renewals, usage metrics, and feedback
Test and ship hardware to customers as orders come in
Partner with engineering to report issues, gather feedback, and improve releases
Create clear documentation and processes that make customer success scalable
Capture and translate customer insights to help shape the product roadmap
Proactively monitor customer usage and surface risks early so issues can be addressed quickly

Required

1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support (SaaS, IoT, or startup experience preferred)
Strong communication and follow-through — you don't let details fall through the cracks
Empathy and patience — you know how to teach and support non-technical users
Organizational confidence — juggling multiple customers and tasks doesn't faze you
Fast learner and adaptable thinker — you pick up new systems quickly and enjoy solving puzzles
A hands-on, 'figure-it-out' mindset — you're resourceful and thrive in fast-paced environments
Comfortable working directly with founders and making decisions without perfect information

Preferred

experience supporting education, nonprofit, or healthcare clients
