Review, structure, and present financing options to customers, securing approvals with lenders
Accurately complete and submit all finance and insurance paperwork in a timely manner
Present and explain additional products, warranties, and services to enhance the customer experience
Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure seamless transactions
Maintain compliance with dealership policies, local, state, and federal regulations
Ensure accurate records and documentation for audits
Manage relationships with financial institutions to ensure the best financing options for customers
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Finance Manager in a dealership or similar role
Strong understanding of financing, insurance, and compliance regulations
High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with dealership software and financing tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance or business is a plus
