BILINGUAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - FUEL SALES
RTS Carrier Services, part of Shamrock Trading Corporation, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join their fuel sales team. The role involves identifying and securing new accounts, expanding relationships with existing customers, and overseeing the full sales cycle to deliver value-driven fuel card solutions.

Responsibilities
Source and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
Conduct consultative sales discussions to assess client needs and present tailored RTS fuel card solutions
Negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable, mutually beneficial agreements
Identify cross-selling opportunities with other RTS and Shamrock divisions to maximize account value
Participate in strategic planning, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and penetration strategies
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market potential to inform sales strategies and product positioning
Collaborate with product marketing to support launches, create sales tools, and deliver compelling presentations
Track and analyze key metrics to measure performance and refine sales approaches
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of business development experience required
Demonstrated success in professional, solutions-based sales over the phone and in person
Experience managing high call volumes and maintaining a robust pipeline
Excellent customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-product sales environment
Strong attention to detail with an interest in comparative and value analysis
Competitive spirit with a drive to contribute to the organization's long-term growth
Bilingual skills with fluency in English and Spanish (must be able to speak, read and write both languages - business vocabulary required)

5+ years of business development experience preferred
