Conducting a partner-level search for a White Collar Litigation attorney
Joining a highly respected, AMLAW 100 Firm
Handling complex regulatory and enforcement matters across SEC, DOJ, and internal corporate investigations
Bringing clients into a lean, collaborative, and trial-tested team
Advising clients in high-stakes SEC, DOJ, or other agency matters
Crafting responses to subpoenas, regulatory inquiries, and enforcement actions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of litigation experience with a focus on white collar defense, internal investigations, and regulatory enforcement
Brings a portable book of business
Comfortable advising clients in high-stakes SEC, DOJ, or other agency matters
Skilled at crafting responses to subpoenas, regulatory inquiries, and enforcement actions
Strong oral advocacy and elite writing skills
Southern District Trial experience required
Preferred
Experience at a U.S. Attorney's Office, DOJ, SEC, or similar agency
Prior clerkship experience
Familiarity with cross-border investigations, whistleblower matters, or complex parallel proceedings
